	Larry Chlebina President Larry Chlebina's diverse background in most aspects of business growth and development has solidified the important elements of his "Tiger Strategy". Larry has an Engineering Undergraduate Degree, possesses fifteen patents, and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. After working for several large Wall Street firms, in 2004 Larry opened his own independant firm offering securities through First Allied Securities. Chlebina Capital soon followed in order to offer the "Tiger Strategy" and "Integrated Tiger Strategy" as discretionary fee based investment options. Larry is an Investment Advisor Representative under Chlebina Capital's Registered Investment Advisory (RIA). He is also a Registered Principal with First Allied Securities.

	Ryan Stine Vice President Portfolio Strategist Ryan is responsible for researching future/current investments and heading up new company endeavors. He reviews his findings with Larry Chlebina in order to develop investment ideas. Prior to joining Chlebina Capital, Ryan obtained an MBA in Finance and Undergraduate Degrees in Production/Operations Management and Supply Chain Management while working in the retail industry. Ryan is an Investment Advisor Representative under Chlebina Capital's Registered Investment Advisory (RIA). He is also a Registered Sales Assistant with First Allied Securities.

	Jessica Fries Office Manager/Service Director As the Office Manager for Chlebina Capital, Jessica oversees the day to day functions of the office and works closely with the President- Larry Chlebina. She provides support to the Registered Principal in the areas of administration, marketing, client relationships, and compliance. Prior to joining Chlebina Capital Jessica worked in the retail banking industry for over ten years. She has her BA in International Relations. Jessica is an Investment Advisor Representative under Chlebina Capital’s Registered Investment Advisory (RIA). She is also a Registered Sales Assistant with First Allied Securities.
